Rocket and basil pesto to die for
30g Basil Leaves (1 large handful)
30g Rocket Leaves
15g Parmesan (grated)
30g Ground Almonds
100-150ml Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves
1. Add all the ingredients into a food processor and puree until they are as smooth as you like.
Classic pizza dough
250g Strong Flour
7g Yeast (1 sachet)
1. Mix all ingredients together for a few minutes until a springy dough is formed.
2. Roll out to size.
3. Put on tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese and prove.
4. Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.
