Rocket and basil pesto to die for

30g Basil Leaves (1 large handful) 30g Rocket Leaves 15g Parmesan (grated) 30g Ground Almonds 100-150ml Olive Oil 2 Garlic Cloves 1. Add all the ingredients into a food processor and puree until they are as smooth as you like.

Classic pizza dough

250g Strong Flour 7g Yeast (1 sachet) 160ml Water 5g Salt 1. Mix all ingredients together for a few minutes until a springy dough is formed. 2. Roll out to size. 3. Put on tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese and prove. 4. Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.
