Classic pizza dough

Ingredients:

250g Strong Flour
7g Yeast (1 sachet)
160ml Water
5g Salt

Method:

1. Mix all ingredients together for a few minutes until a springy dough is formed.
2. Roll out to size.
3. Put on tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese and prove.
4. Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.
